For donations, we may ask for transaction details (for example a UTR number, PAN for 80G tax receipt) so we can confirm and acknowledge your contribution. We do not collect or store card or bank login details on this website.

02How we use your information

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, coordinate volunteering or partnerships, issue 80G tax exemption donation receipts and share updates you have asked for.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

03Photographs and Media

Photographs and videos on this website are taken at our community activities, health camps and relief initiatives. If you appear in a media item and would like it removed, please contact us and we will promptly take it down.

04Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and keep it only for as long as it is needed for statutory 80G compliance and community coordination.

05Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you have shared with us at any time by getting in touch through the contact form or emailing info@shibomsociety.com.
